Historic First Blog Post

The all-important first post! I would just like to say that I thank you for viewing this blog (whoever you may be). This blog is designed for my World Literature/ Magical Realism class, and I hope that this will be helpful to whoever follows it. First of all, my name is Lyle Jones and I am a senior at Rabun Gap Nacoochee School. I play soccer, basketball, and golf, and I love to spend time with my friends. School work is very important to me, but is not of higher importance than keeping my life well-rounded. I keep a very busy schedule of academics, athletics, service, leadership positions, and volunteer work, but I seem to balance them all with relative comfort. That is just a little about me. But since I try to keep myself up-to-date with academics, I hope this blog will be easy, informative, and helpful to follow. As I am not sure exactly we will be blogging about, I hope I and others will put this blog to good use. So, here we go!
